Alina Latinsky brings over 20 years of experience in operations management, with a career that has taken her across the Pacific Northwest and Southern California.

In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Alina returned to Michigan to help care for her senior parents. While back in Michigan, she worked as an Operations Manager overseeing AFC homes, home care, and private duty services supporting low-income seniors. During this time, she recognized the growing need for compassionate, reliable support for older adults and discovered a calling to serve the senior community.

In 2023, Alina joined Oakland Helping Hands, where she continues to provide dedicated support to residents and families, helping ensure seniors receive the care, dignity, and assistance they deserve.
